The Trademark Registration Manager includes the DIY software preparation and submittal of your federal trademark application to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The Trademark Registration Manager is designed to enable you to easily fill out the USPTO trademark registration application (the USPTO will require a $325.00 application fee which we do not collect), and to provide assistance in the areas that are commonly problematic to applicants.

• Step 1: Provide Basic Information

  When you're ready to process the application, you want to make sure that you have the correct information ready. The primary choice will be selecting the appropriate description for the trademark.   Our Company will perform the Comprehensive Search and Provide you with a Search Report prior to filing. • Step 4: File the Application With the USPTO
  When the Comprehensive Trademark Search is completed, you will be prompted to complete the USPTO application with the accompanying Trademark Registration Manager to guide you through it. At that time you will be required to pay $325.00 to the USPTO.
  
  
• Step 5: (OPTIONAL) Track The Progress of Your Application
  After the application is filed with the USPTO, you want to ensure that the application remains active and on track.
