The incorporation filing fee for a Texas Corporation or Texas LLC is $300. Texas Corporations and LLCs do not file annual reports with the Secretary of State. However, S-Corps, C-Corps and LLC are subject to annual franchise taxes and must file accompanying franchise tax reports. As part of the report, the names of officers and directors will be listed on public record.
