Standard Package - $139 + state fees
The Standard Package assists our clients in completing the first two steps in forming a Corporation or Limited Liability Company: Required State paperwork and required Federal paperwork. The Standard Package saves our clients time in researching and fulfilling incorporation requirements and is an economical alternative to hiring an attorney to complete the same paperwork (*See below for our process for North Carolina).

In some states, the registration is termed "Application for Authority", "Qualification" or "Foreign Entity Registration".
