The state of New Mexico requires a fee of $100 to form a C-Corp or S-Corp, and a fee of $50 to form an LLC (Limited Liability Company).

New Mexico maintenance requirements for C-Corps and S-Corps
In New Mexico, a Biennial Profit Corporation Report must be filed every two years on or before the 15th day of the 3rd month following the end of a corporation's fiscal year.

The filing fee is $25. The first report is due within 30 days of the initial incorporation date.
