The state of Nevada requires a fee of $75 to form a C-Corp or S-Corp, and a fee of $75 to form an LLC (Limited Liability Company).

These Nevada state fees are in addition to our incorporation fee, which is $139 for our Standard Package, $297 for our Premier Package, or $773 for our Venture Package.


Nevada maintenance requirements for C-Corps and S-Corps
In Nevada, Corporations must file an Annual List of Officers, Directors and Agents by the last day of month in which the anniversary date of incorporation occurs. The annual filing fee is $85.

Be aware that the initial list of Officers and Directors must be filed within the first 30 days of the existence of your company. The filing fee due the State is $125.

Most businesses in Nevada must also obtain a State Business License at the same time they file the Initial List. The fee is $200, and is renewed each year. Certain types of businesses are exempt, so you may want to check first with the state at 1-800-450-8594 before obtaining a business license.
